Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app

  2. Tap
    Apps
    .
  3. Locate then select an app.
  4. If available, tap
    Permissions
     then do one of the following:
    • To allow an app permission:
      1. From the Allow section, tap an available permission (e.g., Contacts, Location, etc.).
      2. Tap
        Allow only while using the app
         or Allow all the time.
      3. Tap the
        Back arrow
         to return to App permissions.
    • To deny an app permission:
      1. From the Allowed section, tap an available permission (e.g., Contacts, Location, etc.).
      2. Tap
        Deny
        .
      3. If prompted, review the confirmation message then tap
        Don't allow
        .
