Activate your SIGNA to get started. This ensures you can make calls, send messages, and connect to the internet.

Steps

  1. Press and hold the
    Power button
     until the device begins to power on. Select a language then tap
    Get started
    .
  2. Review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy then tap
    Accept and continue
    .
  3. Connect to a Wi-Fi network.
  4. To copy apps and data, tap
    Next
     to transfer your content or tap
    Don't copy
    .
  5. Sign in to your Google™ account or create a new one.
  6. Follow the onscreen prompts to review and accept the Google Services options (e.g., Backup, Location, etc.).
  7. Set up a screen lock and face recognition to secure your device.
  8. Review and accept the Google Assistant terms.
  9. To allow Verizon Services to collect Location and App info, tap
    Accept
    .
  10. Tap
    Agree
     or
    Next
     to add additional storage with Verizon Cloud or secure your device with Verizon Protect.
  11. Tap
    Got it
     to complete the activation.
Set Up Verizon Prepaid Service
