- From a Home screen, swipe up to display all apps.
- Navigate:.SettingsApps & notifications
- TapAdvancedthen tapEmergency alerts.
- Tap any of the following to turn on
or off

- Allow alerts
- AMBER alerts
- Extreme threats
- Severe threats
- Public safety messages
- Required monthly test
- State and local tests
- Vibration
- TapAlert reminderthen select an option (e.g., Once, Every 2 minutes, etc.).
