Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Apps
    See all apps
    .
  3. Locate then select the applicable app.
    If system apps aren't visible, tap the
    3-dot Menu
     then tap
    Show system
    .
  4. Tap
    Force stop
    .
  5. Review the notification then tap
    OK
     to confirm.
