Removing an email account you no longer use can help streamline notifications and improve organization on your Pixel 5.

Before you begin

Contact your Exchange® / IT admin if you need assistance removing your corporate email account.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Tap
    Passwords, passkeys & accounts
    .
  3. Tap the email account you wish to remove.
  4. Tap
    Remove account
    .
  5. To confirm, tap
    Remove account
    .
