Orbic Maui - Customize Your Home Screen
Personalizing the Home screen on your Orbic® Maui™ makes daily tasks easier. Add, remove, or arrange apps, use widgets, or set a wallpaper that matches your style.
Add Apps
- From the Apps screen, touch and hold an app.
- Drag-and-drop the shortcut onto the preferred Home screen.
Add Widgets
- From a Home screen, touch and hold an empty space.
- TapWidgets.
- Touch and hold a widget.
- Drag the widget to the preferred Home screen then release.
- If applicable, tap additional options to activate the widget.
Add / Remove Folders
- From a Home screen, touch and hold an app (e.g., Calendar).
- Drag the app onto another app (e.g., Gmail) then release it to add an unnamed folder.
- Do one of the following:
- To rename the folder:
- Tap the folder.
- Tap theTitle barat the bottom of the open folder.
- Enter a name then tap theCheckmark iconin the lower right.
- To remove a folder:
- Drag the app(s) out of an existing folder until the folder disappears.
Remove Apps / Widgets
- From a Home screen, touch and hold the item (e.g., widget, apps, etc.).
- Drag the item onto 'Remove' at the top of the screen then release.
Set Wallpaper
- Touch and hold a blank space on a Home screen.
- TapWallpapers.If prompted with permissions, tapALLOW.
- Select the desired wallpaper category from the available folders (e.g., Photos, Live Wallpapers, etc.).
- Select an image then tapSet wallpaper.
- If prompted, select from the following options to set the wallpaper:
- Lock screen
- Home screen and lock screen
