Orbic Maui - Factory Data Reset (Powered On)

Here's how to factory / hard reset your Orbic Maui if the screen freezes or call, app, audio or sync issues occur.
Perform a factory data reset on your Orbic® Maui™ only if absolutely necessary as it removes all data including:
  • Google™ account
  • System and app data
  • App settings
  • Downloaded apps
  • Media (It is recommended to backup this data.)
    Alternatively, music, pictures and videos can be backed up to a computer.
Perform a factory data reset only if necessary as it removes your Google™ account and all data including system data, app data and media.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
    An alternate reset method is available if the device is unresponsive or won't power on.
  2. Navigate:
    System
    Advanced
    Reset options
    .
  3. Tap
    Erase all data (factory reset)
    .
  4. Tap
    Erase all data
    .
    If presented, enter the current PIN or password or draw the unlock pattern.
  5. Tap
    Erase all data
    .
    Allow several minutes for the factory data reset and reboot processes to complete.
    If needed, set up your device. If troubleshooting third-party apps, don't restore app data.
