Before you begin

Don't try to insert or remove the SIM card while the device is powered on because it may harm the SIM card or the device.

Steps

  1. From the bottom-left edge of the device with the display facing up, remove the card tray then do one of the following:
    • To insert the SIM card: Ensure the gold contacts are facing up, then press in on the card to lock it into place.
    • To remove the SIM card: Once the tray is removed, lift the SIM card from the tray.

  2. Re-insert the card tray.
