Here's how to check 'Do not disturb' settings if your Galaxy S21 5G / S21+ 5G / S21 Ultra 5G isn't receiving calls or alerts for texts / email.
Do either of the following:
To activate / deactivate immediately, tap the
Do not disturb switch
to turn on or off.
To manage a 'Do not disturb' schedule, tap the switch to the right of the preferred schedule(s) to turn on or off.
To create a new schedule, tap
Add schedule
.
To edit an existing schedule, tap the schedule name then configure as desired (e.g., Days, Start time, etc.).
Tap
Calls
then select the preferred option (e.g., All, Contacts only, etc.).
Tap the
Repeat callers switch
to turn on.
Tap
Messages
then select the preferred option (e.g., All, Contacts only, etc.).
Tap the
Back icon
to return to the previous screen.
