Adjusting the volume on your Galaxy S21 5G / S21+ 5G / S21 Ultra 5G can help when you're watching a video, listening to music or joining a call.

Before you begin

Make sure Do not disturb and 'Mute all sounds' are turned off before you attempt to adjust the volume level. To turn off 'Mute all sounds', navigate:

Hearing enhancements

then tap the

Mute all sounds switch

to turn off.

Open the

Settings app

Navigate:

Volume

Drag the

Volume slider

left or right to adjust the level for any of the following:
