Here's how to reset settings if your DuraForce Ultra 5G UW can't connect to data or send / receive messages.
By performing the steps below, the following are cleared or restored to default values:
  • Cellular and Wi-Fi network settings (including saved networks and passwords)
  • Bluetooth®
  1. Open the
    Settings app
     Settings icon.
  2. Navigate:
    System
    Reset options
    Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth
    .
  3. Tap
    RESET SETTINGS
    .
    If prompted, enter the PIN, password or pattern.
  4. Tap
    RESET SETTINGS
     to confirm.
