Kyocera DuraForce Ultra 5G UW - Add / Remove Face Recognition

Here's how to set up and remove facial recognition on your DuraForce Ultra 5G UW.
  1. Ensure a secure screen lock type has been set up.
  2. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  3. Navigate:
    Security
    Face & Fingerprint Unlock
    Face Unlock
    .
  4. Enter the current PIN, password or pattern.
  5. Do any of the following:
    • For first-time setup:
      1. From the 'Unlock with your face' screen, review the disclaimer, then tap
        I agree
        .
      2. Review the instructions, then tap
        Start
        .
      3. Align your face within the circle, then follow the onscreen prompts until complete.
      4. Tap
        Done
        .
    • To remove face data:
      1. Tap
        Delete face data
        .
      2. Read the disclaimer, then tap
        DELETE
        .
