Kyocera DuraForce Ultra 5G UW - Add / Remove Fingerprint Recognition

Here's how to set up and manage fingerprint recognition to unlock your DuraForce Ultra 5G UW.
For the fingerprint scanner to operate, hands must be clean and moisture-free.
  2. Open the
    Settings app
     Settings icon
  3. Navigate:
    Security
    Face & Fingerprint Unlock
    .
  4. Enter the current PIN, password or pattern. then tap
    Fingerprint
    .
  5. Perform one of the following:
    • First Time Setup
      1. Review the instructions then tap
        CONTINUE
        .
      2. Review the disclaimer then tap
        NEXT
        .
      3. Follow the on-screen tutorial to scan your fingerprint and repeat as necessary until the process is complete.
      4. If needed, enter a fingerprint name then tap
        DONE
        .
    • Add More Fingerprints
      1. Tap
        Add fingerprint
        .
        Up to 5 fingerprints can be registered on the device.
      2. Follow the on-screen tutorial to scan your fingerprint and repeat as necessary until the process is complete.
      3. Tap 'DONE' if finished or 'ADD MORE' to continue adding fingerprints.
    • Remove Fingerprint(s)
      1. Tap the
        Delete icon
         Delete icon.
      2. Tap
        DELETE
        .
        To delete all fingerprints, tap
        YES, REMOVE
        from 'Remove all fingerprints?' screen.
