Here's how to manage volume controls if your Galaxy Tab S7+ 5G doesn't vibrate or make sounds when receiving calls, texts or emails.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
  2. Navigate:
    Sounds and vibration
    Volume
    .
  3. Adjust any of the following:
    Drag the slider left or right to adjust the level. If unavailable, ensure the Do not disturb switch and the 'Mute all sounds switch' is turned off.
    • Media
    • Notifications
    • System
To turn off all sounds, navigate:
Settings
Accessibility
Hearing enhancements
 then tap the
Mute all sounds switch
 to turn on.
