Samsung Galaxy A02s - Manage Do Not Disturb Settings

Here's how to check 'Do not disturb' settings if your Galaxy A02s isn't receiving calls or alerts for texts and email.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Notifications
    Do not disturb
    .
  3. Do either of the following:
    • To activate / deactivate immediately, tap the
      Do not disturb switch
       to turn on or off.
    • To manage a 'Do not disturb' schedule, tap the switch to the right of the preferred schedule(s) to turn on or off.
      To create a new schedule, tap
      Add schedule
      .
      To edit an existing schedule, tap the schedule name then configure as desired (e.g., Days, Start time, etc.).
  4. To allow exceptions, tap one of the following then configure as preferred:
    • Calls, messages, and conversations
    • Alarms and sounds
    • Apps
  5. Tap
    Hide notifications
     then tap the preferred notification switch(es) to turn on or off.
