If your moto g power crashes, resets / runs slowly or apps freeze or cause the device to reset, view this info.
Performing these steps resets all system settings (e.g. ringtones, sound settings, display settings, etc.) back to their default values. Personal data, such as downloaded apps and media (pictures, videos, music), aren't affected.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access all apps.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    System
    Advanced
    .
  3. Tap
    Reset options
    .
  4. Tap
    Reset device settings
    .
  5. Review the info then tap
    Reset device settings
    .
    If presented, enter the current PIN, password or pattern.
  6. To confirm, review the info then tap
    Reset device settings
    .
