Here's how to extend battery life, view charging status / remaining battery and determine what uses the most power on your Galaxy Tab S7 FE 5G.

View Battery Life

Open the

Settings app

Navigate:

Device care

Battery

Battery life is measured by standby time, talk time and data usage.

Review the current battery status.

indicates the remaining battery life, charging status.

Charging status only displays if the device is connected to a charger.

USB Connected: Charging at a lower rate.

Fast charger Connected: Charging at standard rate, the preferred method.

Swipe left or right to view the 'Battery level' and 'Battery usage' graphs for the past 7 days.

If desired, tap the

Battery usage graph

to view individual app usage.

indicates how much battery usage occurred for each app listed.

To improve battery life, you can:

Stop running apps that are not being used.

Disable apps that are consuming too much battery or RAM and not being used.

Contact the app developer if an app appears to cause excessive battery drain.

Adjust brightness to the lowest setting.

Turn GPS off when not in use.

If turned off, certain apps or services may not work properly.

Turn Wi-Fi off when not in use.

If turned off, certain apps or services may not work properly.

Remove widgets that automatically update.
