Here's info on common camera settings (e.g., HDR, timer, etc.) for your Galaxy Book Go 5G.

Shooting Mode

  1. Click the
    Start icon
    Windows Start icon.
  2. Click
    Camera
    .
    Alternatively, type
    Camera
    in the Search bar to locate.
  3. Click the
    Shooting mode icon
    (on the left) to switch between Photos Camera icon and Videos Video icon.

HDR

HDR (High Dynamic Range) - Combines photos or videos taken at different exposures for one optimal photo or video.
  1. Click the
    Start icon
    Windows Start icon.
  2. Click
    Camera
    .
    Alternatively, type
    Camera
    in the Search bar to locate.
  3. Click the
    HDR icon
    (along the left side) to switch between Auto and Off.

Timer

  1. Click the
    Start icon
    Windows Start icon.
  2. Click
    Camera
    .
    Alternatively, type
    Camera
    in the Search bar to locate.
  3. Click the
    Timer icon
    (along the left side) to switch between Off, 2 seconds, 5 seconds and 10 seconds.

Settings

  1. Click the
    Start icon
    Windows Start icon.
  2. Click
    Camera
    .
    Alternatively, type
    Camera
    in the Search bar to locate.
  3. Click the
    Settings icon
    (upper-left).

  4. From the 'Camera settings' section, click the
    Show advanced controls for photos and videos switch
    to turn on On icon  or off Off icon.
  5. From the 'Photo settings' section, do any of the following:
    • Click the
      Time lapse switch
      to turn on or off.
    • Click
      Photo quality
      then select an option (e.g., 0.9MP 16:9, 0.02MP 4:3, etc.).
  6. From the 'Video settings' section, do any of the following:
    • Click
      Flicker reduction
      then select an option (e.g., 50 Hz, 60 Hz, etc.).
    • Click
      Video quality
      then select an option (e.g., 720p 16:9 10fps, 480p 53:30 30fps, etc.).
