Customize Your Home ScreenPersonalizing the Home screen on your Galaxy Z Flip3 5G makes daily tasks easier. Add, remove, or arrange apps, use widgets or set a wallpaper that matches your style.
Add Apps
- From a Home screen, swipe up from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
- Touch and hold an app.
- Drag-and-drop the shortcut onto the preferred Home screen location.
Add Widgets
- From a Home screen, touch and hold an empty space.
- TapWidgets.
- Tap the widget then tapAdd.
- Drag-and-drop the widget onto the preferred Home screen.
- If applicable, tap another options to activate the widget.
Add / Remove Folders
- From a Home screen, touch and hold a shortcut (e.g., Email).
- Drag-and-drop the shortcut onto another shortcut (e.g., Calendar).
- Do one of the following:
- To rename the folder:
- TapFolder Name.
- Enter a name for the folder then tapDone.
- To remove a folder:
- Drag the app(s) out of an existing folder until the folder disappears.
Remove Apps / Widgets
- From a Home screen, touch and hold the item until the menu appears then release.
- TapRemoveorDisable.
Set Wallpaper
- From a Home screen, touch and hold a blank area.
- TapWallpapers and style.
- TapChange wallpapers.
- Do one of the following:
- To use an existing wallpaper image:
- Select a wallpapers album (e.g., Featured, Graphical, Colors, etc.)
- Select a wallpaper image from the list.
- Select an option (e.g., Home screen, Lock screen, Home and lock screens).
- If necessary, tapPreview.
- TapDone.
- To use an image from your gallery:
- TapGallery.
- Select a wallpaper image from the list then tapDone.
- Select an option (e.g., Home screen, Lock screen, Home and lock screens).
- TapPreview
- To confirm, tapDone.
