TCL TAB Pro 5G - Activate / Set Up Device

Activate your TAB Pro 5G to get started. This ensures you can connect to the internet.
  1. Make sure a 5G SIM card is inserted into the device before powering on.
  2. Press and hold the
    Power button
     until the device starts to power on. Select your language then tap
    Get started
    .
  3. Review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy then tap
    Accept and continue
    .
  4. From the Tablet Activation screen, tap
    Next
    .
  5. Connect to a Wi-Fi network.
  6. To copy apps and data, tap
    Next
     to transfer your content or tap
    Don't copy
    .
  7. Sign in to your Google™ account or create a new one.
  8. Follow the onscreen prompts to review and accept the Google Services options (e.g., Backup, Location, etc.).
  9. Set up a screen lock then add fingerprint recognition or face recognition to secure your device.
  10. Review and accept the Google Assistant options.
  11. To allow Verizon Services to collect Location and App info, tap
    Accept
    .
  12. Tap
    Got it
     to complete the activation.
