Manage RTT Settings

Use RTT to text in real time on calls from your moto g pure. This can help with hearing or speech issues or if you prefer typing.

Change RTT Visibility

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Accessibility
    Real Time Text
    .
  3. Select one of the following:
    • Visible during calls
    • Always visible

Make a Call with RTT

  1. With RTT enabled, open the
    Phone app
    .
  2. Do one of the following:
    If RTT is set to 'Visible during calls', tap the
    Call icon
     then refer to the Switch a Call to RTT section.
    • Tap the
      Keypad icon
       enter a 10-digit number then tap the
      RTT icon
      .
    • From the Contacts or Recents tab, select a contact then tap the
      RTT call icon
      .

Switch a Call to RTT

  1. While on a call, tap the
    3-dot Menu
     then select
    Show RTT keyboard
    .

End an RTT Call

  1. While on a call, tap the
    End call icon
    .
