If your moto g pure drops calls due to being near a network border, locking onto a specific network can help; however, roaming charges may apply.

Before you begin

By default, the preferred network is automatically selected; manually selecting a different network may impact your service.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Network & internet
    Mobile network
    .
  3. Tap the
    Automatically select network switch
     to turn on or off.
    If the 'Select automatically' setting is turned off, tap
    Choose network
     then select an available network.
