Turn GPS Location On / Off

GPS location access is needed by some apps on your moto g pure to provide turn-by-turn directions or share your location, but can be turned off to save battery life.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Tap
    Location
    .
  3. Tap the
    Use location switch
     to turn on or off.
  4. If preferred, tap
    Location services
     to improve GPS accuracy.
  5. Tap any of the following then tap the
    switch
     to turn on or off.
    • Wi-Fi scanning
    • Bluetooth scanning
