Manage Home Screen Panels

Your moto g pure allows you to arrange your folders, shortcuts and widgets, making your device more efficient and reducing clutter.

Steps

  1. From a Home screen, swipe left or right to navigate the extended Home screen panels.
  2. If desired, do any of the following:
    • To add Home screen panels:
      1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access all apps.
      2. Touch and hold an app then drag it up and to the right.
        A new panel is automatically created when an app is placed on it.
    • To remove a Home screen panel:
      1. From the applicable panel, touch and hold an item (e.g., widgets, shortcuts, folders, etc.).
      2. Drag-and-drop the item onto the X icon at the top of the screen.
        Repeat these steps for all items on the panel.
        The panel is removed once all items on it are removed.
