Configure S Pen Settings

The S Pen™ offers useful features (e.g., Air Command, Quick Notes, etc.), which you can customize to make navigating your Galaxy Tab S8+ 5G and taking notes more convenient.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Advanced features
    S Pen
    .
  3. From the main section, tap any of the following to turn on or off:
    • Air actions
    • Air command
    • Air view
    • S Pen to text
    • Screen off memos
    • Quick notes
  4. Tap
    More S Pen settings
     then tap any of the following to turn on or off:
    • S Pen unlock
    • Allow multiple S Pens
    • Warn if S Pen is left behind
    • Sounds
  5. Tap the
    Back Arrow
     to save changes and return to the previous screen.
  6. Tap
    When S Pen is removed
     then select an option (Open Air command, Create note, Do nothing).
