      1. Locate then select the applicable app.
      2. Tap
        Force stop
        then tap
        OK

      3. Tap
        Storage
        .
      4. Tap
        Clear data
        .
      5. Tap
        Delete
        .
    • To reset all app preferences:
      1. Tap the
        3-dot Menu icon
        .
      2. Tap
        Reset app preferences
        .
      3. Tap
        Reset
