Reset Network Settings

Resetting network settings on your Galaxy S22 / S22+ / S22 Ultra can help fix problems with connecting to a Wi-Fi network or mobile data, or pairing a Bluetooth® device.

Before you begin

Bluetooth and cellular and Wi-Fi network settings (including saved networks and passwords) are cleared or restored to default values by completing the steps below.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    General management
    Reset
    .
  3. Do one of the following:
    • To reset mobile network settings:
      1. Tap
        Reset mobile network settings
        .
      2. If multiple mobile network plans are present (i.e., eSIM and physical SIM card), select the desired SIM from the dropdown list.
      3. Review the info then tap
        Reset settings
        .
      4. To confirm, review the info then tap
        Reset
        .
    • To reset Wi-Fi network and Bluetooth settings:
      1. Tap
        Reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings
        .
      2. Tap
        Reset settings
