A screen lock keeps your Galaxy A13 safe and private. If you've set one up, follow these simple instructions to unlock your device and make it ready for use.

Steps

  1. Press the
    Power button
     on the right edge of the device.
  2. Depending upon the screen lock type, do one of the following:
    • Swipe up from the bottom of the display.
    • Draw the current unlock pattern.
    • Enter the current PIN or password.
    • Using the front-facing camera, position your face within the provided area.
    • Touch the fingerprint sensor located on the bottom of the screen.
  3. If necessary, tap
    OK
     or
    Done
