Adjusting the volume on your Galaxy A13 can help when you're watching a video, listening to music or joining a call.

Before you begin

Ensure the Do not disturb switch and the mute all sounds switches are turned off. To turn all sounds on or off, navigate:
Settings
Accessibility
Hearing enhancements
 then tap the
Mute all sounds switch
.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Sounds and vibration
    Volume
    .
  3. Drag the
    Volume slider
     left or right to adjust the sound level for any of the following:
    • Ringtone
    • Media
    • Notifications
      If unavailable, ensure the ringtone setting is turned on.
    • System
      If unavailable, ensure the ringtone setting is turned on.
