SHARP ROUVO V - Check Voicemail

Here's how to check Voicemail messages from your ROUVO V or from a different phone.

Check from Your phone (If No Data or Wi-Fi Connection is Available)

  1. From a Home screen, tap the
    Phone icon Phone icon
    (lower-left).
    If unavailable, swipe up from the bottom of a Home screen then tap
    Phone
    .
  2. Tap the
    Dialer icon dialer icon
     (lower-right), then touch and hold the number
    1
    .
    Alternatively, enter
    *86
     (*VM) then tap the
    Phone icon
    .
  3. If prompted, enter the voicemail password then press the
    # key
    .

Check from a Different Phone or when Outside the Verizon wireless coverage area

  1. Call your 10-digit mobile number.
    If dialing from an international location, refer to Place an International Call for additional assistance.
  2. As soon as the Voicemail greeting starts, press the
    # key
    then enter the Voicemail password.
    If prompted, re-enter the mobile number.
