ORBIC JOY - Install Device Software Updates

Software updates improve performance, fix bugs and enhance security. Installing them helps keep your ORBIC® JOY safe and running efficiently.
  1. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    System updates
    .
  2. From the System update history prompt, tap
    Check for new system update
    .
  3. If prompted, tap
    OK
    .
  4. If an update is available, tap
    Download
    .
    If prompted with 'Your system is up to date', no update is necessary.
If the device gets stuck in the boot-up process after installing an update, a factory data reset is required. Make sure theGoogle ™ credentials are known prior to doing the reset as they are required to complete the reset process.
