Factory Reset

Reset your One Talk CP925 / CP965 IP conference phone to factory settings as a final troubleshooting step, or an easy way to erase your data if you're upgrading or replacing your device.

Steps

  1. From the idle screen, navigate:
    More
    Settings
    Advanced Settings
    .
  2. Enter the Admin password.
    Default password: @N3ta!k2@2*
  3. Tap
    Reset to Factory Settings
    .
  4. Tap
    OK
     to confirm.
  5. Wait for the phone to finish the initialization process.
  6. From the 911 notification screen, tap
    OK
    .
