Try restarting your One Talk W78 IP DECT cordless base station for issues like freezing or slowness. This clears software issues and restores the device to its normal operation.

Steps

  1. From the idle screen on the W78HV handset, press the
    Center navigational button
     then select
    Settings
    .
    Utilize the 5-way navigation pad to highlight and the center button to select.
  2. Select
    System Settings
    .
  3. Select
    Base Restart
    .
  4. Enter the 4 digit PIN using the device keypad (default: 0000) then select
    Done
    .
  5. Press
    OK
     to confirm.
  6. Wait for the phone to finish the initialization process.
    The Power and Network LEDs flash in sequence during the restart. Once the device has restarted, the LEDs glow green.
