Transfer a Call (Consultative / Direct)

Follow these instructions to transfer calls from your One Talk W78B IP DECT cordless phone. You can transfer immediately upon receiving ringback (Direct / Blind) or after consulting with the other party first (Consultative).

Steps

  1. While on an active call, navigate:
    Options
    (Call) Transfer
     or press the
    TRAN key
    .
    The call is placed on hold.
  2. Enter the phone number to direct the transfer or select it from the directory or call history.
  3. Press
    Transfer
     to connect.
    If performing a consultative transfer, ensure the second party can accept the call before pressing Transfer.
