 Set Voicemail Code

To listen to voicemails directly from your One Talk W78B IP DECT cordless phone, you need to set up the connection to the voice message center.

Before you begin

Voicemail is set up server-side by your IT admin, and is not available on all servers.
If necessary, obtain the Voicemail code from your admin.

Steps

  1. From the idle screen on your W78HV cordless handset, navigate:
    OK
    Voice Mail
    Set Voice Mail
    .
  2. Select the desired line then press
    Select
    .
  3. Enter the Voicemail passcode.
  4. Press
    OK
     to confirm.
  5. If necessary, set the Voicemail speed dial key:
    1. From the idle screen, navigate:
      OK
      Voice Mail
      Set Key 1
      .
    2. Select the desired line then press
      Select
