SHARP ROUVO V - Reset All Settings

If your ROUVO V crashes, resets or runs slowly, or apps freeze or cause the device to reset, view this info.
Performing these steps resets all system settings (e.g. ringtones, sound settings, display settings, etc.) back to their default values. Personal data, such as downloaded apps and media (pictures, videos, music), aren't affected.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up from the bottom of the display to access the apps screen.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    System
    Reset options
    .
  3. Select one of the following options:
    • Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth
    • Reset app preferences
    • Erase all data (factory reset)
  4. To confirm, review the info then tap
    Reset
    .
