One Talk T53W, T54W & T57W IP Desk Phones
Factory Reset

Reset your One Talk T5xW series IP desk phone to factory settings as a final troubleshooting step, or an easy way to erase your data if you're upgrading or replacing your device.

Steps

  1. Do one of the following:
    • For the T53W model, navigate:
      Menu
      Settings
      Advanced
      .
    • For T54W and T57 models, navigate:
      Menu
      Advanced
      .
  2. Enter the admin password.
    Default password: @N3ta!k2@2*
  3. Tap
    Reset Config
     or
    Reset Configuration
    .
  4. Select
    Reset to factory settings
    Reset
    .
  5. Select
    OK
     to confirm.
  6. Wait for the phone to finish the initialization process.
    The process may take up to 15 minutes.
  7. From the 911 notification screen, select
    OK
    .
