Factory Reset

Reset your One Talk CP920 IP conference phone to factory settings as a final troubleshooting step, or an easy way to erase your data if you're upgrading or replacing your device.

Steps

  1. From the idle screen, navigate:
    Menu
    Settings
    Advanced
    .
  2. Enter the Admin password using the keypad then press
    OK
    .
    Default password: admin
  3. Select
    Reset to factory settings
    .
  4. Select
    OK
    .
  5. Wait for the phone to finish the initialization process.
    The process may take up to 15 minutes.
  6. From the 911 notification screen, press
    OK
    .
