Switching to a new device, traveling or troubleshooting a connectivity issue? Learn how to quickly and easily insert or remove the SIM card for your motorola edge - 2022.

Before you begin

Don't try to insert or remove the SIM card while your motorola edge - 2022 is powered on. Doing so may harm the SIM card and / or the device.

Steps

  1. Using the provided tool, pop out the SIM card tray, located on the bottom left edge of the device.

  2. Do one of the following:
    • To insert SIM card, ensure the gold contacts are facing up, then press in on the card to lock it into place.
    • To remove, lift the SIM card from the tray.
  3. Push the tray back into the device.
