Steps

  1. Press and hold the
    Power button
     until options appear.
  2. Touch and hold
    Power off
     until 'Reboot to safe mode' appears.
  3. From the Reboot to safe mode prompt, tap
    OK
     to confirm.
  5. To exit Safe Mode, restart the device.
