Adjust Brightness / Display Settings

By adjusting screen settings (e.g., Brightness level, Screen timeout, Display size and text, etc.) on your Pixel 7 / 7 Pro, you can reduce eye strain, improve visibility and extend battery life.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Tap
    Display & touch
    .
  3. Do any of the following:
    • To adjust brightness settings:
      1. Tap
        Brightness level
         then adjust the slider as preferred.
      2. Tap the
        Adaptive brightness switch
         to turn on or off.
    • To adjust display / font settings:
      1. Tap
        Screen timeout
         then select an option (e.g., 30 seconds, 2 minutes, etc.).
      2. Tap the
        Back arrow icon
        .
      3. Tap
        Display size and text
         then move the
        slider
         to the desired 'Font size' and 'Display size' settings.
