Auto Receive Messages - KYOCERA DuraXV Extreme+

If your KYOCERA DuraXV Extreme+ device not receiving picture / video messages, follow the steps below to ensure 'Auto-retrieve' is turned on.
If you're not receiving picture / video messages, follow the steps below to ensure 'Auto-retrieve' is turned on.
  1. From the main screen, select
    Menu
    .
    Utilize the 5-way navigation pad to highlight and the center button to select.

    Message
    .
  3. Press the
    right soft key
     Right soft key to choose Options.
  4. Select
    Settings
    .
  5. Select
    Auto-retrieve
     then select on or off.
