Block / Unblock Numbers

Blocking certain numbers on your DuraForce PRO 3 stops unwanted calls and messages. If you can't receive calls or messages from specific numbers, verify they're not blocked.

Before you begin

Calls and messages from contacts or phone numbers added to the blocked list are automatically ignored. The call is forwarded to Voicemail and text / picture messages aren't delivered to the Messages app.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Phone app
    .
  2. Tap the
    3-dot Menu icon
    .
  3. Tap
    Call settings
     then tap
    Call rejection
    .
  4. Tap the
    Unknown number switch
     to turn on or off.
  5. Do any of the following:
    • Add Block
      1. Tap the
        Add icon
        .
      2. Tap
        Contacts
         or
        Recents
         then select the contact or phone number to block.
      3. Tap
        Add
        .
    • Remove Block
      1. From the Rejected numbers section, tap a number.
      2. Tap
        Delete
         then tap
        OK
