Apps use data differently, sometimes more than you expect. Follow these steps to control which apps on your DuraForce PRO 3 are allowed to use data in the background.

Before you begin

Some apps need background data. Restricting data may cause them not to work without a Wi-Fi connection.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Network & internet
    SIM(s)
    .
  3. Tap the
    SIM name
     (e.g., Verizon).
  4. Tap
    App data usage
    .
    To see Wi-Fi data usage, tap
    Wi-Fi data usage
     in the Wi-Fi section.
  5. Select an app below the usage graph then view the usage.
    To restrict an app from using data in the background, tap the
    Background data switch
     to turn off .
