Block / Unblock Numbers

Blocking certain numbers on your Galaxy Z Flip5 stops unwanted calls and messages. If you can't receive calls or messages from specific numbers, verify they're not blocked.

Before you begin

Calls and messages from contacts or phone numbers added to the blocked list are automatically ignored. The call is forwarded to Voicemail and text / picture messages aren't delivered to the Messages app.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Phone app
    .
  2. Tap the
    3-dot Menu
     then navigate:
    Settings
    Block numbers
    .
  3. Do any of the following:
    • To add a block, enter a phone number then tap the
      Add icon
      , or select one from Recents or Contacts.
    • To remove a block, tap the
      Remove icon
       to the right of the number.
