Here's how to reset settings if your Galaxy Tab S9+ 5G can't connect to data or send / receive messages.
If you can't connect to the internet, send or receive email and/or messages (text, picture or video), resetting the network settings may help.
The following are cleared or restored to default values:
  • Cellular and Wi-Fi network settings (including saved networks and passwords)
  • Bluetooth®
  1. Open the
    Settings app

  2. Navigate:
    General management
    Reset
    Reset network settings
    .
  3. Review the info then tap
    Reset settings
    .
    If presented, enter the current PIN, password or pattern.
  4. Tap
    Reset
