Replace Existing Device

Here's how to activate your Pixel Watch 2 If you've recently replaced your watch or have reset the network settings.

Before you begin

The steps below only apply when a Google smartwatch has been replaced. If you're pairing an existing Pixel Watch 2 with a new Android smartphone, refer to Switched Paired Phone.
The Pixel Watch 2 can be set up via Number Share. To set up with Number Share, the companion smartphone must be activated on the same Verizon account as the Pixel Watch 2.
Before completing the steps below, verify:

  1. On your smartphone, tap the
    Watch app
    .
  2. Tap
    System
    .
  3. Tap
    Disconnect & reset watch
    .
  4. Review the info about eSIM, if desired, select 
    Erase eSIM
     then tap
    Reset
    .
  5. Open the
    Watch app
     and follow on the on-screen prompts to completed activation.
