Add a Personal / Corporate Email Account

Follow these instructions to configure IMAP, POP3 or Exchange® account settings for an email address on your Galaxy S23 FE that's not serviced by Gmail™.

Before you begin

Corporate email settings are not maintained by Verizon. Contact your Exchange / IT Admin for more assistance.

Add a Personal Email Account

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Accounts and backup
    Manage accounts
    Add account
    .
  3. Select the appropriate account type (e.g., Email, Personal IMAP, Personal POP3, etc.).
  4. Enter your email address then tap
    Next
    .
  5. Enter your password then tap
    Next
    .
  6. From the 'Don't lose access to your account' screen select an option then follow the prompts.
  7. If prompted to allow Gmail access, tap
    Agree
    .
  8. Configure the account sync frequency options then tap
    Next
    .
  9. Enter an account name if desired then tap
    Next
    .

Add a Corporate Email Account

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Accounts and backup
    Manage accounts
    Add account
    .
  3. Tap
    Exchange
    .
  4. Enter your corporate email address and password then tap
    Sign in
    .
  5. If setup is unsuccessful, tap
    Manual setup
     then select the applicable options.
