Removing an email account you no longer use can help streamline notifications and improve organization on your Pixel 8 / 8 Pro.

Before you begin

If you need assistance with removing a corporate email account, contact your Exchange® / IT admin.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Accounts and backup
    Manage accounts
    .
  3. Tap the email account you wish to remove.
  4. Tap
    Remove account
    .
  5. To confirm, tap
    Remove account
    .
