Configuring the Action Button on your Apple® iPhone® lets you instantly launch a specific app or perform a common task with one button press.

Before you begin

The Action Button is set to Ring / Silent mode by default. To customize the Action Button on your iPhone, which applies only to the iPhone 15 Pro / Pro Max and newer, follow the steps below.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app

  2. Tap
    Action Button
    .
  3. To assign an action, swipe left or right to select an action type (i.e., Silent, Focus, Camera, etc.) then tap the
    Back arrow
     to save.
